What if a massive moral outcry
emerges from the American people?
In the 1992 landmark case Planned Parenthood v. Casey, the US Supreme Court had an opportunity to reverse Roe v. Wade, and its companion Doe v Bolton. In conference the justices voted 5-4 to overturn Roe and Doe, but at the 11th hour before the opinion was released a centrist coalition of moderate judges – including Justice Kennedy who switched his vote – was formed to write a compromise that would weaken the Roe and Doe decisions, but still leave abortion as the law of the land.
What might have happened that day if more pro-life voices had been heard?

THE MORAL OUTCRY PETITION TO MAKE
ABORTION ILLEGAL IN ALL 50 STATES
In 2017, The Moral Outcry Petition was created to fill that void and asked the US Supreme Court to reverse Roe v. Wade, Planned Parenthood v. Casey and Doe v. Bolton, the Court’s abortion decisions. On December 1, 2021, in oral argument the Supreme Court Justices discussed two of the reasons for reversing Roe given in The Moral Outcry Petition. On June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court reversed Roe and Casey and actually wrote in the decision about two of the reasons for reversing Roe given in The Moral Outcry Petition for doing so.
The Moral Outcry Petition achieved justice by seeing the reversal of Roe and will now further galvanize that Moral Outcry to Make Abortion Illegal in all 50 States. It will continue to wake up the nation and galvanize the national conscience to end the scourge of abortion in America. It will declare that as a people, we do not accept the compromise that leads to the unnecessary death of millions of innocent babies
The Moral Outcry Petition, Through its Founder, Melinda Thybault, operates under the non-profit umbrella of, and is represented legally by The Justice Foundation. Your personal data will not be shared or sold to any other organization. As a signer of the petition, your name (but no other data) may be shared with various courts and legislatures across the nation, as they consider to restrict or ban abortion in their states. Our ultimate goal is to make the Crime Against Humanity, which is abortion, illegal in all 50 States.
